Who We Are
Grand Master, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Sacramento, California. We believe that every individual has the potential to build a meaningful, productive, and fulfilling life — and that the right combination of mentoring, training, technology, and opportunity can make that possible.
Through our flagship program, MDJET (Master Your Destiny with Jobs, Education & Training), we provide comprehensive support that goes beyond traditional workforce development. We address the whole person — discipline, fitness, personal growth, career readiness, entrepreneurship, and technology skills.
Our approach is built on the belief that opportunity is one of the most powerful forms of violence prevention, and that real change happens when people are equipped with the tools, skills, and support they need to take control of their own futures.
We serve participants ages 18-32 in the Sacramento region, with a focus on communities that have been historically underserved and underinvested. Our programs are designed to be rigorous, practical, and directly connected to real-world employment and economic opportunity.
